“Parigam Challo” the call for which was given by Mutahida Majlis-e-Mashawrat.
MMM, had appealed people to gather in Parigam village to express solidarity with the family of Mudassir Ahmed Malla, who was found dead hanging in his hostel room in Hyderabad on March 2.
Police had also sealed the routes leading to Parigam village and concertina wire was placed at a number of places to stop people from moving towards the village.
