The Government today ordered that the winter vacations of the Government as well as Private recognized educational institutions of Kashmir Division including winter zones of Jammu division for Schools upto middle standard shall commence from December 3, 2012 upto February 28, 2013, while high and higher secondary schools shall observe winter break from December 15, 2012 upto February 28, 2013.
