Kashmiri Scholar’s Research Work Wins International Applaud

Kashmiri scholar, Samir Ahmad, pursuing his PHD degree in Kashmir Studies, from Kashmir University has won a place for his reaseach work in nternational book market.

The scholars M.Phil dissertation which was based on the Musharraf’s Four Point Formula on resolution of Kashmir issue won recognition by one of the leading international publication houses namely, LAP Lambert Publications based in Germany, who proposed to publish the work as a book.

The book, titled ‘Kashmir Issue and its Solution: Relevance of Musharaf’s Proposal’ is available online on the well known online Amazon shopping site.

It’s an original, extensive and in depth analytical study of the till known best possible option available for the resolution of Kashmir issue. The book is the outcome of a completely unconventional, empirical form of research, first of such an attempt by a Kashmiri.

The scholar is currently working on ‘Civil Society initiatives between India and Pakistan’ and looks forward to increase his contribution in this particular area of study.
