PAK: Terror threats for next three days: Malik

Interior Minister Rehman Malik said there were terror threats for the next three days (8-10 Muharram).

Speaking to the media, the Interior Minister said there was an outside power trying to destabilise Pakistan and three different terrorist groups wanted to destroy the country.

Commenting on the suspension of mobile phone services and banning motorcycle riding on 8-10 Muharram, Malik said these were under consideration and consultations were ongoing with the provincial governments.

He added that the president and prime minister had given a mandate for the suspension of mobile phone services and banning motorcycle riding.
