Geetika Sharma was under pressure from the minister to join back and finally succumbed to it, her brother said.
Kanda is the Haryana Minister of State for Urban Local Bodies. According to Geetika's brother, he would continuously harass her after she had left the job.
Kanda reportedly even personally visited their house to ask her to join back.
Geetika had quit the company some time back to join another job, which too she quit to pursue a degree in MBA.
Geetika's brother said that Kanda once visited their house with his entire family to convince her to join back.
He alleged that she succumbed to this pressure and committed suicide.
The police is investigating the case.
